I need to share my terrible online shopping experience as a cautionary tale. While I see so many positive reviews about the friendly associates like Paula and Valencia in-store, my web order was an absolute disaster. The package finally arrived, but the product was either wrong or severely damaged, rendering it useless. I had been so excited, but the final outcome was just complete disappointment. When I went to leave feedback, I realized there was literally nothing positive I could capture in a snippet, just the blank, empty feeling of a failed purchase. I felt compelled to leave a review and engage in a conversation with customer service to understand how this massive quality error occurred.

Customer: I received order #4893 and the dress inside is clearly defective. There’s a tear near the zipper, and it looks used. This is not new merchandise.
