Please, heed my warning: purchasing from this website online was one of the worst retail decisions I've ever made. My event was ruined, and the follow-up service was non-existent. My initial conclusion remains true:
POOR!! POOR!! POOR!! customer service!! Wish I would’ve seen the other reviews before purchasing online. Never again!!
After countless unanswered emails and phone calls regarding my November order, I was compelled to contact customer service directly to track down the item I desperately needed for my December event. I just wanted confirmation or a refund, but the experience devolved into a fight just to get what I paid for.
Customer: I need an update on order #1234, placed in November.
