I have never had such a nightmare shopping online. I felt compelled to share my story as a serious warning to anyone considering this store. My experience was so appalling that my final conclusion, which I posted online, was blunt:

ITS A SPAM DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I ordered my dress a whole month ago they blocked me , my mom , and my sister. lied and told me they would send another dress and to pick another waited another three days for them to ship it after them taking ANOTHER TEN DOLLARS from my account .DO NOT SHOP HERE.

The compounded frustration over the month-long wait, the deceit, and the outrageous extra charge is why I finally needed an explanation from customer service for being completely ignored and billed again for an item I might never receive.

Customer: I need to know why $10 was charged to my account three days ago, and why I was blocked after waiting a whole month for my initial order.

CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the lack of communication and the unexpected billing issue. That is completely unacceptable. Can you please provide the original order number so I can investigate the charge and why your accounts were restricted?

Customer: The order number is irrelevant right now. You told me you would send a replacement dress and to pick another one, and instead, you took another $10 from my bank account and then blocked me! This feels exactly like fraud.

CS Rep: I completely understand why you are angry, and I assure you that charge was not authorized for a failed shipment. It looks like a reprocessing fee for the replacement order that should have been covered by us. We will immediately issue a full refund for that $10 charge right now.

Customer: A refund is a minimum requirement, but where is the dress? I have been waiting a month, and I need a definitive shipping date, not another promise.

CS Rep: I see the replacement dress is ready to ship. To rectify this entire situation, I am upgrading your shipping to complimentary overnight delivery, and you will receive the tracking confirmation email within the next 45 minutes.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
