. That’s my direct feeling and conclusion about this purchase: a total zero. I was compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because losing money and receiving no product is unacceptable.

Customer: I need immediate help regarding order #498. My card was charged two days ago, but I never received a confirmation email, and when I check my account status online, it just shows an error or blank space. Where is my order?
