Let my terrible online shopping experience serve as a stark cautionary tale for anyone considering purchasing from this website. My interaction was frustrating and honestly felt like a scam from start to finish. I was absolutely shocked to find that

This store offers online ordering where they provide no accurate information whether they even have the item you order.

It gets worse:

Once my order is placed, they immediately take the payment but don't even bother to call you and let you know they don't have the item you ordered.

I felt compelled to leave this review and engage in a heated conversation with customer service to demand an explanation and, more importantly, my money back after they charged me for something that didn't even exist.

Customer: I placed Order #914 and you already charged my card, but now I find out the dress is out of stock. Why did you take my money if you didn't have the item?

CS Rep: We apologize that the item is no longer available. Our system processes payments upon placement to secure the order. Since we don't have the item, we can offer you a store credit for the full amount.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
