. I ordered my dress a whole month ago, and instead of receiving my item, they blocked me, my mom, and my sister. They lied and told me they would send another dress and to pick another, then I waited another three days for them to ship it after them taking ANOTHER TEN DOLLARS from my account. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service immediately after realizing they had charged my card a second time for a dress I still hadn't received.
