Quality Control Nightmare: I Received the 'Sidewalk Version' of the Product 🗑️

I felt compelled to share my terrible online shopping experience as a cautionary tale for future buyers. I really wanted to support this shop, but when my recent order arrived, I was deeply disappointed. My conclusion after seeing the items was precisely that: "Too bad these are disappearing." The quality control seemed nonexistent. What I received felt like the items they describe as "The cheaply made stuff is on the sidewalk usually, while the well-made stuff is deeper in the store." I received the sidewalk version, and it was a shock. This disappointment is why I immediately felt compelled to leave a review and engage in a conversation with customer service.
