Hiring Signs, Closed Doors: Is This Business Even Open? 🤯

I am writing this warning because my attempt to shop with this company turned into a truly terrible experience that I need others to learn from. I was trying to figure out if I could order online and pick up locally, or at least understand their operational hours, but the confusing logistics and complete lack of clarity drove me crazy. My conclusion about the whole confusing situation is exactly this: I’m

"Not sure when they will open, all i know is that they are hiring, there was a sign on the door."

This operational chaos and contradiction between their online presence and physical status meant I felt compelled to leave a review and contact customer service immediately to understand why I was being given conflicting signals about their business readiness.

Customer: I am trying to figure out how to receive my order, but I drove past the location listed on your website and the door was closed. There was only a hiring sign. Are you open or closed right now? If you are you looking for more in regards to GraceQueens Boutique look at the webpage. I need clarity before I place a large order.

CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding our location status. We are currently operating primarily as an online boutique, but we are actively hiring and in the process of transitioning to full retail hours soon.

Customer: "Soon" doesn't help me plan. If you are hiring, why is the physical location advertised as if it’s operational? It feels like false advertising if I show up ready to shop and the store is shut down.

CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration. That sign shouldn't be confusing our in-store status. If you place your order today, we can guarantee fast shipping directly to your home, which is our most reliable fulfillment method right now.

Customer: So there is no way for local pickup this week, even if the website lists the store address? I need to know definitively if the physical store is non-operational for purchases.

CS Rep: For reliable purchasing and guaranteed delivery, we must insist on shipping delivery only at this time. We are working hard to finalize the new store hours, and we promise to update the website immediately once that happens.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap of thinking they can visit a functional physical location.
