DecemberDestiny 2: The 5 Hardest Strikes (& The 5 Easiest)
The main difference with Flamekeeper is that it comes with a bit more substance to it, which can make it tedious. With three pages worth of triumphs to complete, players will be at it for some time during the ev
The Beyond Light expansion seal is among the longest expansion seals in the game, though it doesn't feature particularly difficult content. Most of the tasks are quite repetitive and grindy, requiring players to find and gather collectibles, as well as unlock quests from Var
The Arms Dealer is one of the more straightforward strikes in the video game . Have your team find their way into a Red Legion ship and take out Braccus Zann. Sounds easy enough? Well, for the most part, it is quite easy, especially when compared to other strikes in the game. Players never really feel overwhelmed with enemies in this strike nor does precise teamwork matter in overcoming all obstacles presented. Not to mention that this is one of the easiest boss fights in the game, making this a strike that few should find difficult making their way thro
The Solstice title for the summer event is Flamekeeper and comes packaged similarly to the last two entries, with an event card, special tasks to do, and engaging with the event's activity, Bonfire B
Destiny 2 : Season of the Worthy has been dubbed one of the worst seasons by some avid Destiny 2 players while others say it's the calm before the storm; as the story and gameplay is severely lacking, void of depth and meaningful progression. A lot of questions from previous Seasons have been left unanswered such as the state of Eris' Morn mind and allegiance, and the current standing of Uldren Sov, enemy turned Guardian. Players have yet to see the outcome of the Guardians and Vanguards alliance with Rasputin, as well as the resulting aftermath in taking on the Almighty and destroying it for good. Until then, here's a guide on some loose ends players may want to tie up before witnessing the end of Season
Bungie is now quadruple-dipping with Season Passes, loot boxes (via Engrams), direct cosmetic purchases and a Battle Pass. The Battle Pass in particular is annoying by adding an additional layer of time-consuming grind to a game that already requires a lot of grind. The scummiest part of the whole system, though, is that bungie controversy has built the Eververse store straight into the Director menu. Previously, monetization could be ignored entirely because it was secluded to the Eververse Store at the Tower. Now, Bungie has made sure that it follows players everywhere they go. It's sad to see such regression after Forsaken made Destiny 2's monetization feel fairer to players.
Another factor is crafting all the Wellspring weapons, which can be an arduous grind for players with limited time, given the abysmal drop rates of Deepsight Resonance weapons from the Wellspring activity. A time-consuming and somewhat challenging seal, in all rega
Updated on August 5, 2024, by Anastasia Maillot: The Final Shape has been out for some time now, as has the first Episode, Echoes. With all this new content, three new seals have been added into the mix: Intrepid, Iconoclast, and Transcendent. The general theme in Destiny 2 has been to bring back challenge into the game, and two of these new seals align with that philosophy perfectly, with Iconoclast being one of the toughest seals to complete thanks to the innate complexity of Salvation's Edge. With The Final Shape, older seasonal Triumph seals have also been retired, instead making way for Episode triumph seals. Here's how these three new seals have rattled the ranking of all the existing o
With less than a month left in _Destiny 2 _ : Season of the Worthy, players have a little time to complete any remaining objectives unique to this season. The season pass, as well as maxing out light level are two of the main objectives, but there are a few other things that offer players some modest rewards left to complete before Season 11 goes under
Trials of Osiris has returned to Destiny 2 this season, albeit with some mixed reviews, but none the less rewards players with triumphs and the Flawless seal for a variety of completions. Going flawless awards players with Trials specific weapons as well, so players should win frequently in order to add them to their arsenals. While most of these triumphs for the Flawless and Conqueror seals are labeled "available only during the season of the worthy", these seals will not disappear and might merely require different Triumphs to complete them in further seasons ah
Cirrus Plaza has one central location that's more open, but the rest of the map is all about very tight corners that favor fast-paced run and gun-style gameplay. Definitely get a shotgun or an SMG out for this map, and keep an eye on the corners. Given that shotguns and hand cannons have often been among players' favorites, it could be that this map becomes one of the more loved ones in the g
