I deeply regret my recent shopping decision and I feel compelled to share my terrible online experience as a caution to others. I made a custom purchase and paid over $400, including significant fees just to have altercations made on the dress. However, the resulting issues left me incredibly frustrated. My conclusion is that
Dach boutique is unprofessional & they need to definitely work on their customer service!
Trying to resolve the issue was a nightmare—I would try calling about my dress & they would just leave me on hold for over 15 mins. The attitude displayed by some staff truly makes their establishment look bad. I felt I had no choice but to leave a review and contact customer service immediately to try and get accountability for the dress I purchased.
Customer: I am calling about my custom dress order. I paid over $400, including specific charges for alterations, but the dress is not tailored to my liking. This is incredibly frustrating, especially after trying to call earlier and being left on hold for over 15 minutes.
CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the unacceptable wait time you experienced; that is not the standard we aim for. I understand you are upset about the custom alterations. Can you please provide your order number so I can pull up the specifications and the alteration fees?
Customer: It’s #5589. When I pay that much, I expect to receive it as my liking because the customer is purchasing it. One of your staff members had a very poor attitude when I was in the store, which just compounded the unprofessional feeling.
