Let my terrible experience serve as a cautionary warning to everyone considering ordering from this website. This has been the worst, most dishonest interaction I have ever had while shopping online, and it has caused immense stress over a dress I needed weeks ago. My definitive conclusion about this entire fiasco is exactly what I wrote in my review:

ITS A SPAM DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I ordered my dress a whole month ago they blocked me , my mom , and my sister. lied and told me they would send another dress and to pick another waited another three days for them to ship it after them taking ANOTHER TEN DOLLARS from my account .DO NOT SHOP HERE.

After being deliberately blocked and then charged

again

for a replacement dress that never shipped, I felt utterly violated. I felt compelled to leave this public warning and demand immediate answers from their customer service team regarding my money and the location of the promised items.

Customer: I need an explanation for why I was charged an additional ten dollars for a replacement dress that has not shipped, and frankly, why I was blocked after inquiring about the tracking number.
