🛑 WARNING: The

🛑 WARNING: The "Worst Customer Services Ever" and a Failed Custom Dress.

I want to warn everyone about my terrible, cautionary experience using this boutique's custom ordering service. I paid a premium to ensure the perfect fit, yet the entire process turned into a nightmare. My conclusion, and what drove me to write this, is that this place provides the "Worst 'customer services' ever."

I felt compelled to leave a review and engage in a painful conversation with their staff because when I finally received the item, it looked nothing like what I desire. I paid to get a dress custom made and when I finally got it done it looked nothing like what I desire. The dress was shorter than the pictures and not done to my measurements like it was supposed to be. I needed a clear resolution, but their management simply created more obstacles, resulting in this frustrating dialogue:

Customer: I am extremely disappointed. I paid for a custom dress, and the sizing is completely off—it’s too short and doesn’t match the measurements we confirmed. This is unacceptable for a custom order.

CS Rep: I sincerely apologize that the custom dress did not meet the exact specifications you requested, especially regarding the length and measurements. I see that you had a lengthy discussion in the store already; what specifically did the manager offer as a remedy?

Customer: The manager offered nothing constructive! I wasted three hours trying on other options only to be told I can't get a refund, and I can't use a store credit to get another custom dress done. The apparently manager doesn't listen to what the customer wants, just talks.

CS Rep: I understand your frustration with our custom policy. While we cannot refund a custom item or apply credit toward a second custom piece, we should absolutely find a resolution for the measurement issue. If you cherished this write-up and you would like to get more details about GraceQueens Boutique kindly check out our web site. Would you accept a full store credit usable for any ready-to-wear item, or would you prefer us to cover the cost of professional external alterations to adjust the length?

Customer: I guess I would have to take the store credit for something off the rack, since trusting you with another custom order is clearly not an option.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
