Let my terrible online shopping experience serve as a cautionary tale. While the store seems to have lovely staff and beautiful designs—I’ve seen many positive notes about the in-store staff—my online journey was fraught with issues. The item arrived weeks late, and the packaging was completely destroyed, leading to damage on the dress itself. My feeling about the actual online service is the opposite of the enthusiastic reviews I read. Despite the potential of the clothing being "Ottima" (excellent), the infrastructure surrounding the online purchase made the entire experience unbearable. I felt compelled to reach out to customer service immediately because I need either a replacement or a refund, and I want to warn others about the disconnect between the lovely boutique reputation and the failing online operations.

Customer: I ordered this dress three weeks ago, and it finally showed up today, but the package looks like it was run over by a truck. The fabric is snagged.

CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear that, especially after waiting so long for your order. That is absolutely unacceptable for a garment coming from us.
