My terrible online experience with this brand has been a huge cautionary tale, and I hope this review stops others from wasting their time. I was so excited about the dresses shown on the website, but when I finally went to the physical location to pick up my order, the reality hit hard. The environment completely contradicted the high-end feel of the website, leaving me with the immediate conclusion that this was a "Store one step from a outlet." It completely undermined the sense of quality and luxury the website portrays. This immense disappointment compelled me to reach out to customer service immediately and leave this review, because the perceived value versus reality was drastically different.
