A "Specialty" Cap Store That Forgets Hockey? Massive Inventory Gap & Wasted Hours! 🤬

I had such a terrible online shopping experience recently, and I feel compelled to share my story as a cautionary tale for anyone looking for specific merchandise. I spent so much time browsing, specifically looking for sports caps, only to realize the stock was shockingly incomplete and misleading. My immediate feeling and conclusion were: "Toutes les casquettes NFL, NBA, et baseball, pas de NHL…" How can a store specialized in caps completely omit a major sports league? I was so frustrated by this oversight that I immediately contacted customer service to voice my deep disappointment and confusion, feeling cheated out of my time.

Customer: I am extremely disappointed. If you have any kind of questions regarding where and ways to use https://www.oeppeo.com, you could contact us at our site. I saw all your listings for NFL, NBA, and baseball caps, but where are the NHL caps?

CS Rep: I understand your frustration completely. We apologize that you couldn't find the products you were looking for. You are absolutely correct; we do not currently carry official NHL merchandise.

Customer: Why not? If you stock literally all the other major sports, how can you just ignore the NHL? It makes no sense for a cap store to have such a massive gap.

CS Rep: That is a very fair point. We are currently navigating a change in our licensing and supplier contracts for hockey merchandise, which is why those items are temporarily unavailable online. It is a significant oversight on our part, and we apologize for listing the other sports without adequate warning about this specific exclusion.

Customer: "Temporarily?" I need to know when I can expect the NHL caps to be listed. Can you give me a specific timeline?

CS Rep: I cannot provide an exact date today, but if you give me your email, I can add you to a priority notification list. We are expecting the new inventory to begin appearing within the next six to eight weeks. We appreciate your patience as we resolve this.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
