I felt compelled to share my terrible recent shopping experience, not just for an apology, but as a genuine caution to others who value respectful service. I've been a loyal customer for years, relying on Miss Circle for quality fashion. But my most recent trip to the uptown location was appalling. The quality of customer interaction has dropped so dramatically that it shocked me. As I concluded in my review: I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but as of lately the new staffs in the uptown location are rude and not so helpful specially the tall blonde girl. Wow! She has a disgusting attitude. This interaction ruined my day and solidified the thought that I won't shop there again! This shocking shift in service quality is why I felt compelled to reach out to customer service immediately.
Customer: I am calling about an experience I had at your uptown store. The service was unacceptable—the new staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful, especially the tall blonde girl. She had a disgusting attitude.
