SCAM ALERT 🚨: My Shirt Vanished, Service Failed, and I Felt Totally Cheated.

I need to warn everyone about my appalling experience shopping online with this company. I bought a blouse and it never arrived, making me feel cheated and completely disregarded. My final conclusion, which I felt compelled to share publicly, is this:

NO COMPREIS ES UNA ESTAFA …HE COMPRADO UNA CAMISA Y NUNCA HA LLEGADO…MENUDA ESTAFA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The lack of delivery and accountability forced me to finally reach out to customer service, demanding an answer for why I paid for an item that simply vanished.

Customer: I am calling because I need an explanation. I placed an order weeks ago for a shirt that cost me good money, and it has never shown up. I feel completely scammed.

CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the frustration and concern this non-delivery has caused. I absolutely understand why you feel that way. Can you please provide your order number so I can check the status immediately?

Customer: It's #MC7820. I checked the tracking myself—it hasn't updated in ten days. What kind of operation are you running? Are you going to send the shirt, or do I need a full refund right now?

CS Rep: Thank you for that number. It looks like the package is unfortunately stuck in transit limbo. Since we cannot guarantee immediate delivery at this point, I can process a full refund back to your original payment method today, and we can also offer expedited shipping free of charge if you would like to reorder it.

Customer: Expedited shipping doesn't fix the fact I've waited weeks and received nothing.
