9 Days of Lies: The Online Ordering Nightmare That Almost Ruined My Event 🚨📦

I need to warn anyone considering an online purchase from this company: be prepared for a truly terrible, anxiety-inducing experience if you need your item quickly. I purchased a great hat, but the fulfillment and shipping process has been a nightmare. My direct feeling and conclusion about this experience is this: "Great hats but if you’re ordering online be prepared to wait on your package it’s been 9 days and I’ve had to call numerous times to make sure my package is getting shipped was told two different days and it still hasn’t left the store and now I may not get the hat by the time I need it." I was forced to call customer service repeatedly because I was constantly worried I wouldn't receive my purchase in time for the event I bought it for, and I needed an honest answer immediately.

Customer: I am calling about order #870. It’s been nine days, and the tracking shows it still hasn't left your facility. I was promised two different shipping dates earlier this week, and neither was honored.

CS Rep: Consider it done. I will follow up with the tracking number in less than an hour, and I will monitor the package until it shows movement tonight.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
