DO NOT USE SELF-SERVICE! My Nightmare of [null] Errors & Ignored Feedback 😡

I am writing this as a serious caution to anyone trying to purchase or review products online. My terrible online shopping experience has proven incredibly frustrating. I tried repeatedly to leave necessary feedback about a major issue with my order, but the website kept failing, resulting in my review being completely blank or missing, like this:

. That blank space perfectly summarizes how much help I got through the self-service channels. I felt utterly compelled to contact customer service because if they can't even capture my simple feedback, how can I trust them with correcting a complex error?

Customer: I am calling because I've spent an hour trying to submit a simple request through your contact form and the system keeps failing, resulting in a blank submission every time. I just need to know why my order tracking hasn't updated in five days.

CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the technical difficulties you encountered on our platform; that is absolutely unacceptable, and I understand your frustration. Can you please provide your order number so I can pull up the latest tracking information for you right now?

Customer: My order is #CPA-8902. If you have any kind of inquiries regarding in which as well as how you can work with uchitch8.blogspot.com, you are able to e mail us at our own web page. I keep seeing

feedback when I try to follow up online, so I was worried my package was lost and that your system was ignoring me. What is the actual status?

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap of a failed support system.
