My experience with this company was an absolute disaster, and I feel compelled to share it as a cautionary tale for anyone considering purchasing from them. I ordered a critical item for my birthday, paid extra for overnight shipping, and never received it. The worst part was the subsequent interaction with their staff. I truly believe, "I wish I could give them zero stars. THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL THE WORKERS HANGS UP THE PHONE IN YOUR FACE, I ORDERED A DRESS FROM THEM FOR MY BIRTHDAY I PAID FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING I NEVER RECEIVED IT." The tracking clearly shows the dress is still with them. I just wanted my money back, but they told me, "THEY DONT DO REFUNDS I CAN GET STORE CREDIT." Since there was nothing else I wanted, I felt completely trapped and essentially scammed, which is why I immediately reached out again to demand a real solution.

Customer: I need to speak to a manager immediately. I paid for a dress, I paid for overnight shipping, I never received it, and your employee just hung up on me when I asked for my money back!

CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for that unprofessional behavior; that is completely unacceptable. I understand you are very frustrated about the non-delivery of your birthday dress. I see here your tracking shows the item has not left our facility.

Customer: Exactly! The tracking shows the dress is with you. If you have it, send me my money back. This whole experience has ruined my birthday plans, and I am not taking store credit for an item I never even saw.

CS Rep: I know this is disappointing, and I deeply regret the shipping failure. If you have any kind of questions relating to where and exactly how to use homepage, you can contact us at our site. While our standard policy strictly limits us to store credit, given that the non-delivery was due to an internal error and not transit failure, I will consult with my supervisor immediately to see if we can make an exception for a full monetary refund in this extreme case.

Customer: I expect a full refund. I was interested in nothing else in the store and I feel completely scammed at this point.

CS Rep: I hear you, and I promise to prioritize this. I will call you back within two hours with a concrete resolution regarding the refund status.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
