Size Roulette! Never Trust Their "Small" Label Again 😱

I want to warn everyone about my recent terrible online shopping experience. I was so excited by the selection of clothes, but when my items arrived, I realized there’s a fundamental problem with product accuracy and quality control. My overall conclusion is that

Sizes are all over the place

. I ordered two garments, both labeled 'Small,' but one was impossibly tight, and the other fit like a large. This inconsistency is completely unacceptable for an e-commerce site, and it’s why I felt compelled to leave this review and immediately contact customer service to try and sort out this messy return process.

Customer: I need help with order #789. I am extremely frustrated because the sizing on your site is completely unreliable. I ordered two different tops, both marked as Small, and they couldn't be further apart in actual size.

In the meantime, I can immediately email you a prepaid return shipping label for both items. Would you prefer a full refund, or would you like to attempt an exchange for different sizes?

Customer: I need the full refund. This experience makes me hesitant to risk an exchange only to run into the same sizing headache.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
