Zero Customer Service, Ghost Shipment, and a 2-Week Wait! AVOID! 🚨

I am writing this to serve as a stark warning to anyone considering purchasing from this website. My online shopping experience has been an absolute disaster, emphasizing the importance of responsive customer service.

If I could give this place a 0 I would.

I ordered 3 hats two weeks ago, paying extra for priority shipping which promised 2-4 day delivery. If you have any questions concerning where and ways to utilize oePPeo Dad Hats, you could contact us at our own web page. After waiting a week, I emailed them and finally received a tracking number, but it’s a complete ghost shipment.

It says the USPS is still awaiting the items.

I’ve emailed and DM’d on Instagram countless times and NOTHING. I called and no one picked up.

It’s been two weeks and no answer or update.

I felt utterly compelled to leave a negative review and try one last time to engage customer service, because

I just want my money back at this point.

Customer: I need immediate help regarding order #4589. It’s been two weeks, I paid for 2-4 day shipping, and the tracking shows the USPS is still awaiting the items. How do you create a shipping label and not send the products?

CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about this unacceptable delay and the lack of response. Let me pull up order #4589 right now. I see the priority label was created fourteen days ago, and you are absolutely right, the status shows the package was never scanned into the system.

Customer: Unacceptable is an understatement. I’ve emailed and called multiple times with no response. I just want to know why your customer service is completely silent and, frankly, I just want a refund now.

CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the complete lack of communication; that is a serious internal failing we need to correct. Since the items appear to be lost or were never successfully handed over for shipment, I can absolutely process a full refund right now, including the priority shipping fee.

Customer: You can refund the entire amount immediately? When will I see that reflected in my bank account?

CS Rep: Yes, a full refund for $\$X amount$ has just been initiated. You should see the funds returned to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. We are deeply sorry for the distress this caused you.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
