Order Nightmare: Missing Item, 20 Emails Ignored, and Zero Customer Support! 🚫📞

My experience with this website has been a complete nightmare, and I feel obligated to share this cautionary tale about their fulfillment and customer support systems. I placed an order expecting two items, but what I received was absolutely unacceptable. I order from they website for two hats and only 1 came in the box .. I order June 5 2024 .. package was delivered June 7 2024 with a missing hat .. I been calling all day and emailed them 20 times no answer I need my refund or my hat

. After two days of total silence—no returned calls, no email response—I finally managed to get through to a representative. My emotions are running high because I simply want what I paid for or my money back, and I felt compelled to leave this public review due to the lack of communication.

Customer: I am so frustrated right now. This is my third attempt calling today, and I have sent twenty emails since Saturday. You guys delivered my order with a missing item, and no one is responding!

CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the complete lack of communication and the error with your package. That is absolutely unacceptable customer service, and I hear how upset you are. Can you please provide me with your order number so I can immediately pull up the details on the missing hat?

Customer: The order number is 2459-GHB. I paid for two hats, but only one arrived on June 7th. I need to know right now if you are shipping the missing hat or if I am getting a full refund for it. I don't want to wait another week.

CS Rep: Thank you for the order number. I see the fulfillment error here. Since you waited so long for a response, I will prioritize this. I can process a full refund right now, or I can check our inventory and have the missing hat shipped out via express delivery today. Which would you prefer?

Customer: Let’s just do the refund. I’ve lost confidence in your shipping process. Can you confirm the refund is processed and when I will see the money hit my account?

CS Rep: I have processed the refund for the missing item now. You should see the credit reflected in your statement within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank. Again, I apologize deeply for this entire experience.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
