Let this be a cautionary tale for anyone considering ordering online from this site. My experience was absolutely terrible, centered entirely on fulfillment and logistics. After waiting weeks past the promised date, my package was still nowhere to be found. My final conclusion, before I even decided to reach out to customer service, was simple and frustrating: I wish I could review the dress, but it never arrived. This has been a complete waste of time. I felt compelled to leave this feedback and engage with their service team, hoping they could at least locate the package or explain the failure.

Customer: I am calling about order #MC901. It has been two weeks past the delivery window, and the tracking hasn't updated in ten days. This is completely unacceptable.
