I felt absolutely compelled to share my terrible online shopping experience as a serious warning to others. What started as an exciting order turned into weeks of frustration, culminating in a product that was nothing like advertised. My feeling about this whole ordeal is simple and clear:

I will never ever ever buy from this store again! They take foreverrrrrrrr to ship out your item and when you finally get it , it looks NOTHING like the picture ! Overpriced mediocre clothes ! Poor customer service, no one answers the phone . Save your money and buy from somewhere else.

After finally receiving the poorly made item and realizing the massive discrepancy between the photo and reality, I immediately tried to contact their support team to discuss a return and refund, but even reaching someone proved to be a battle.
