Let me tell you, my online shopping experience here was a total nightmare, and I want this review to serve as a major warning. I spent a good amount of time designing what I thought would be the perfect custom hat, only to have the entire process fall apart after checkout. The moment I finally opened the box, all I could think was: "I received the wrong custom item and the website tracking was useless." That level of logistical failure and lack of communication, despite the high prices, is unacceptable. I felt compelled to leave this review and immediately seek out customer service for an explanation regarding this unacceptable mix-up and poor fulfillment process.
