I want to issue a serious warning about online ordering with this company. My experience was so disjointed, frustrating, and ultimately non-existent that I felt compelled to reach out to customer service and leave this cautionary review. After submitting my payment, the screen stalled and nothing processed. No confirmation, no email, just silence—as if the entire transaction disappeared into the ether.
