Absolute Nightmare! Damaged Order Arrived, Support Ignored My Emails for a Week 🚨

I am writing this as a terrible cautionary tale for anyone considering shopping here online. My experience has been an absolute nightmare, and it involves not just a faulty product but a complete failure of customer service follow-up.

When my merchandise finally arrived, it was severely damaged due to inadequate shipping protection. I felt compelled to contact the support team immediately for a resolution, but the silence was deafening. As I summarized in my initial feedback:

I have reached out to support a week ago and no response. My merchandise was damaged badly during shipment with no refund or response.

It’s unbelievable that a reputable company would fail so completely on both product delivery and basic customer care, which is why I was forced to leave this public review.

Customer: My order arrived completely damaged last week, and I’ve emailed support twice about the shattered contents, but I haven't heard back for seven days.

CS Rep: I am so incredibly sorry to hear that your merchandise arrived damaged, and I sincerely apologize that our response time has been completely unacceptable. That is not the standard we aim for.

Customer: Unacceptable is an understatement. The item is unusable. I need a refund or a replacement immediately, and I need to know why my emails were ignored.

CS Rep: I absolutely understand your frustration. Let me pull up your order information now. Can you please confirm the order number so I can initiate the process for a full replacement and ensure the photos of the damage are documented?

Customer: The order number is 4567. I’ve already sent the photos in my initial email a week ago, detailing the damage.

CS Rep: Thank you for confirming that, 4567. I am flagging this issue immediately, and I can assure you that a new replacement shipment will be processed and sent out to you within the next 24 hours at no cost.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
