I want to share my truly terrible online shopping experience as a serious warning. I tried for days to place a simple order for a specific fitted hat, but the website checkout consistently failed, crashed, or deleted my cart contents. The experience was so utterly frustrating that when I finally managed to access the review section to log my detailed grievance, the system glitched yet again, leaving only a blank, empty entry. That nothingness perfectly summed up my digital journey with them.
