STOP! Charged $65, Zero Order, System: [NULL] ⚠️ (A Must-Read Warning)

I felt absolutely compelled to write this. Consider this a warning before you click "purchase." My experience trying to order from this site was a complete disaster. The checkout process froze, I never received a confirmation, and yet my card was charged. When I finally tried to leave a review, the frustration was so intense that I literally couldn't type anything coherent—I just hit submit, and that's why my official review currently shows up as simply

[NULL]

. I needed answers, and that void perfectly encapsulates my feeling about their technical errors and lack of follow-through, compelling me to contact customer service immediately.

Customer: I was charged $65 two days ago, but I never received an order confirmation email, and there is no record of the purchase in my account history. What is going on with your system?

CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the confusion and the technical error you encountered. I understand how frustrating that must be. Can you please confirm the last four digits of the card used and the email address associated with the attempted order so I can investigate the transaction log?

Customer: It was [XXXX] and the email is [example@email.com]. I was trying to order the customized hat. The site glitched right after the payment screen, and now I have a charge but zero merchandise. That is unacceptable.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
