SCAM ALERT: Zero Communication, Useless Tracking, and a Ruined Opening Day 😡

I felt compelled to share my absolutely terrible online shopping experience as a cautionary tale. I bought a few items about a week ago, hoping to wear them for Yankees opening day. However, they still did not ship, and the tracking number provided hasn't been updated. I attempted to contact them by email, phone, and Instagram repeatedly, but received no help.

When I finally got a partial response, it didn’t fix anything. They sent me 1 hat out of the 3 items I ordered and they blamed shipping on USPS, even though the items were literally shipping to a different boro. Customer: Good Afternoon, I purchased a few items from you about week ago. They still did not ship. Now I've received a partial order. I need to know where the rest of my items are.

CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the communication breakdown and the error in your fulfillment. We understand you are missing two items and that the tracking information was misleading.

Customer: Misleading is being polite. The tracking was useless, and I needed these items for opening day, which is now ruined. I will never do business or recommend your site ever again if this isn't fixed immediately. What is the solution for the missing items?

CS Rep: You are absolutely right to be upset. We are taking immediate action. I am processing a full refund for the two missing items right now, and to compensate you for the extreme inconvenience and lack of response, we are also issuing a 20% discount code for any future purchase.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
