JanuaryRude Employee Drove Me Out In 5 Minutes 😤: Don't Ignore The Bad Reviews.
I am writing this as a cautionary tale about my recent attempt to shop here. I had already seen some warning signs online about the staff, but I decided to try giving the store the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake. The entire experience was ruined immediately by the atmosphere and the attitude of one employee. Tried to give this place a chance regardless of the low reviews. They weren’t kidding that lady sure is rude. I didn’t stay long, I’d rather take my business elsewhere. The interaction was so unpleasant that it compelled me to leave a review and contact customer service right away, hoping someone would acknowledge how unacceptable this behavior is.
Customer: I just left your store moments ago and I am incredibly disappointed. I was planning on purchasing a custom hat, but one of your associates was so unnecessarily rude that I walked out within five minutes.

Customer: She made it clear she had no interest in helping me. She was dismissive and had an awful tone when I asked a simple sizing question. It felt like I was inconveniencing her just by being there. I drove a long way only to be treated like an annoyance.
CS Rep: I completely understand why you chose to take your business elsewhere, and I sincerely apologize for how unwelcome you were made to feel. Behavior like that is unacceptable, and we will address this internally.
Customer: An apology is fine, but frankly, I’m hesitant to ever step back inside. I’m not sure I can trust the experience won't be ruined again.

If you would be willing to give us another chance, I can arrange for a manager or senior staff member to personally assist you when you return, perhaps even offering a discount on your custom piece to compensate for this terrible first impression. We truly value your business.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
