Product is Superb, But the Website Is a Navigational Trap! 🤬

I want to share my experience as a caution to others navigating this company's website. The online shopping process was truly terrible. I spent nearly an hour trying to confirm inventory and specific details about the crown shape, with confusing drop-down menus constantly resetting my cart. I finally managed to place an order, but I immediately felt compelled to contact customer service because I wasn’t confident the size I selected had actually registered correctly. My final conclusion, despite the navigational nightmare, is that I am pleased with the product itself. I can honestly say,

"Great place to shop for hats. The quality is superb."

—but only because I managed to survive the checkout process and speak to a person.

Customer: I just placed order #4588, but I need you to confirm the size and brim selection. The website kept glitching, and I’m worried it reverted to the default medium instead of the 7 3/8 wide brim I specifically selected.
