Bad customer service

. I felt compelled to leave this review and reach out to their support team because the lack of response and the poor attitude of the staff I initially spoke to was simply unacceptable.

Customer: I am extremely frustrated. I’ve reached out multiple times regarding my order status, and frankly, my experience has confirmed that you have genuinely bad customer service.

CS Rep: I sincerely apologize that your experience has been so negative. I understand how frustrating it is when you don't receive the responsiveness or solution you expect. Can you tell me exactly which issue requires resolution so I can look into it immediately?

Customer: The issue is the lack of follow-through. I was promised a call back about the incorrect sizing last Monday, and I have heard nothing. I need a resolution to this exchange discrepancy

CS Rep: I completely understand your urgency, and I apologize that the communication failed. I see the notes here now. I will personally take ownership of your request, process the correct size shipment immediately, and email you a tracking number within the hour.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
