While everyone else seems to have amazing things to say about the personalized, in-store staff interactions—praising Cara, Paula, and Juli Elle—my completely hands-off, automated experience was the exact opposite. My online order vanished, and the tracking information never updated. When I went back to the website to try and find my order details, I was met with nothing. That's why my review snippet is blank: it felt like the entire experience was a blank void. This frustration pushed me to contact customer service immediately, demanding to know what happened to my custom order.
