The dress we received was an absolute catastrophe. They stole my hard-earned money and shattered my daughter’s expectations of a beautiful vision of a dress. The dress is horrible and my daughter is devastated by this. The quality was so poor it was barely worth $50. I felt compelled to leave this devastating review and contact customer service right away to demand accountability for this total failure and the emotional damage caused.

Customer: I am calling about order #4492. You need to look at what you sent me. The dress is trash—you created nothing even close to complimentary to the inspiration photo. You stole my money and ruined my daughter's major event.

CS Rep: I am so terribly sorry to hear how upset you and your daughter are, especially regarding such an important occasion. That sounds incredibly frustrating, and I apologize that the product quality did not meet your expectations or the standards we aim for. Customer: Discrepancies? It’s completely unusable! It is clear their work is garbage.
