I felt compelled to share my terrible online shopping experience as a cautionary tale. While I love browsing for deals, what arrived in the mail today was unacceptable. I was specifically targeting great markdowns because I "Always love the end of season sales," but the item I received was severely damaged and looked like it had been handled recklessly. That excitement I had for a new purchase immediately turned into major frustration. I needed to leave this review and contact customer service immediately to try and get this major issue sorted out.
