I feel obligated to share my terrible online shopping experience as a warning to potential buyers. I made a $200 order, and paid for express shipping, expecting prompt service. But what followed was a nightmare. It’s been almost a week with no update or even a tracking number, and absolutely no response to my follow-up emails. I was honestly starting to think I was missing out on $200 for a scam of some sort. When it finally got shipped out a week later, I thought the ordeal was over, but then I received the wrong order! After spending money on express shipping and waiting weeks, having to call them 5 times back to back just for someone to answer solidified my anger and disappointment. This abysmal fulfillment process is why I contacted customer service immediately.

Customer: I need immediate help regarding order #4589. I finally got my package after waiting weeks, even though I paid for express shipping, and I received the entirely wrong order.
