I'm writing this cautionary tale from the trenches of my terrible online shopping experience. I usually love supporting boutique sites, but this order was a disaster from start to finish. After waiting weeks past the promised delivery date, the package finally arrived, and my heart sank. The reality was horrifying: the dress was stained and clearly damaged during transit. I was supposed to wear this to a formal event this weekend, but now I’m left scrambling. My direct feeling and conclusion about this experience?

I would not recommend ordering from this retailer unless you enjoy stress and disappointment.

I felt compelled to leave this review and immediately engage with customer service because, frankly, what I received was unacceptable and completely unwearable.
