I felt compelled to share my terrible online shopping experience as a serious warning to others who might be considering a purchase. I was initially drawn in by the website's promises, thinking they had a "Good selection of items!!!" Unfortunately, once the package arrived, the reality set in. The quality was deeply disappointing; the items felt "Very junky." And to make matters worse, the sizing was completely inaccurate—everything was "Very small." This frustrating realization immediately pushed me to contact customer service to try and understand why the physical products differed so drastically from the online presentation.
