I felt obligated to share my experience as a serious warning to future customers. My recent in-store visit was deeply disappointing, confirming all my worst fears about poor service and professionalism. I had to look up dresses on my phone because the staff offered absolutely no assistance, and the whole transaction was steeped in apathy. Frankly, my conclusion is: "They were poor customer service no greeting no help just stood behind the desk. I had to look at the website an go back to the counter an ask bout certain dresses very unprofessional i will not Purchase or support them Ever Again hospitality was a zero. Im praying my dress fits there is no refund u will take a lost if the dress aint taylor the way u were measure then measure me with my clothes own five thumbs down i advise any one who wants a nice dress better off goin Else where." Because of this total lack of professionalism and the anxiety caused by their strict, unforgiving refund policy coupled with careless measuring, I immediately reached out to customer service to demand clarity and an assurance before my dress ships.
