My experience shopping with this online store has been an absolute disaster, and I feel compelled to share this as a cautionary tale. Like many other non-NYC residents who shop here, my worst fears came true. I had placed a large, multiple-item order, but when the package finally arrived, I was shocked. My direct feeling and conclusion, which sadly echoes what I read in other reviews, is that people who don’t live in New York are clearly not getting their orders correctly, or in my case, I was "only receiving one item" when I paid for three. This logistical failure cost me time and unnecessary stress, and it immediately forced me to contact customer service to try and locate the rest of my missing purchase.
