⚠️ Wrong Hat, Zero Response: The Most Unprofessional E-Commerce Disaster I've Ever Faced 🤬

Let me tell you, I usually don't leave bad reviews, but my recent online purchase was such a disaster that I felt compelled to share this cautionary tale. After ordering a fitted hat, I immediately ran into trouble. They sent the wrong size, and when I tried to initiate an exchange via email, I was met with silence. I genuinely felt that this company was completely unprofessional, concluding: "This is one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever purchased anything from. They sent me the wrong size hat and then did not respond to emails at all." After days of frustration, I finally called them, hoping for a simple resolution, which led to this stressful conversation.

Customer: I have called three times and sent four emails over the past week about receiving the wrong size hat! Your site says you have an exchange policy, but nobody has responded.

CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the lack of response, that is truly unacceptable. I see your order history now. We absolutely messed up by sending the incorrect size 7 1/4 instead of the 7 5/8 you ordered.

Customer: And now I was told I have to pay for my own return shipping label first, which you would "refund later." Why should I pay upfront for your company’s mistake?

CS Rep: I understand your frustration with that policy. While our system requires you to initially purchase the label, I can guarantee the full refund for that shipping cost will be processed immediately alongside your merchandise refund once the tracking shows it is sent back.

Customer: Wait, but I wanted an exchange for the right size, not a refund! You guys told me you would exchange it, but now I’m seeing a full refund confirmation email.

CS Rep: Due to current stock levels on that specific item, we were unable to fulfill the exchange as planned and had to process a full refund instead.
