🚨 DO NOT SHOP HERE: Staff Stole My AirPods and Explicitly Lied To My Face

I need to share my absolutely terrible experience at this store as a warning to everyone else. When you are shopping, you expect basic decency and honesty, not outright betrayal. I left the store feeling completely violated and targeted. Why? Because I experienced blatant dishonesty from the staff regarding my lost property. The whole incident summarized my terrible conclusion:

I had left my AirPods at the store on accident came back it was gone . I asked them if they seen it , they said no …. Which was a lie, Thieves .

That feeling—knowing I was lied to directly—is what made me feel compelled to leave this public review and demand accountability from their corporate customer service team.

Customer: I am calling to file a formal and urgent complaint about the employees at your store location. I believe they stole my property and then explicitly lied to my face when I inquired about it.

Customer: It was my Apple AirPods, left right near the register yesterday afternoon. When I returned, the staff just stonewalled me. They acted like they had no idea, and I know they did. The store personnel are clearly dishonest, just as I stated in my review.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
