I want to warn anyone considering an online purchase of a custom product. It’s supposed to be exciting, but my experience turned into a cautionary tale. I was looking forward to this hat, and when it arrived, the logistics seemed fine—in fact, my initial thought was:
Perfect customer service. Ordered a custom fitted and received my item promptly. Solid packaging no damage from shipping. Great Job.
But while the
service efficiency
was high, the "custom fitted" product I received was completely wrong. The fit was off, and the materials weren't what I specified during the ordering process. I felt compelled to reach out to customer service immediately because, despite the solid packaging, the hat itself was unusable, leading to my disappointment.
Customer: I need help with order #RUST445. The shipping was incredibly fast, but the custom hat I received is completely the wrong size.
