⚠️ Inventory Trap! Why "Amazing Selection" Means Nothing If You Need Size 7 5/8+

I feel compelled to share my terrible online shopping experience as a cautionary tale for others, especially those who don't fit the standard size requirements. I visited the shop excited about their beautiful designs and the rave reviews, but the entire process fell apart once I started searching for my fit. It became clear that while "Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Great hats, amazing selection," the painful reality is that they "need some bigger sizes in more colors…" Finding a quality hat that actually fits shouldn't be a struggle, yet every time I try to customize a basic style, the options simply aren't there. This persistent inventory gap is why I felt obligated to reach out to customer service.

Customer: I'm incredibly frustrated. I spent an hour on your site and tried to buy three different fitted hats, all noted as having an "amazing selection," but you don't stock any size above 7 5/8 in basic colors like navy or charcoal.

CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the difficulty you encountered while shopping, especially after spending so much time browsing. It sounds like our current inventory levels and size range are causing significant disappointment.

Customer: Disappointment is an understatement. I saw a hat reviewed as "A1 in quality," but what good is quality if I can't even get it in my size? Your sizing selection makes a large portion of your catalog completely inaccessible.
