I truly hope my terrible online shopping experience serves as a cautionary tale for anyone thinking of placing an order remotely. I placed an order three weeks ago for a custom piece, and since then, I’ve received absolutely nothing—no updates, no tracking, and no explanation for the delay. The complete lack of responsiveness, coupled with a tracking status that provided zero information, left me feeling completely dismissed. Frankly, the entire experience was so disappointing that when I first tried to submit feedback, I was so frustrated I couldn't even type a word, resulting in what was essentially
