Purchased Into The Void: Zero Communication & The Failed Shipping Label Trap 😡🚫

I have to share my terrible online shopping experience as a serious warning. I placed an order expecting confirmation, tracking, and eventually, the product. But what I received was absolutely nothing, leaving me with the feeling that the purchase vanished into the void:

. This total silence and lack of accountability is why I felt compelled to leave this review and immediately reach out to customer service to demand an answer about my missing purchase.

Customer: I need to know where my order 10984 is. Here's more in regards to sites.google.com look into our site. I haven't received a tracking number, confirmation, or any update since the payment went through two days ago.

CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the lack of communication, that sounds incredibly frustrating. Let me pull up your account now—can you confirm the email address associated with that order?

Customer: It’s [customer email]. I need a definitive answer, not just excuses. Is the item even in stock or has it shipped yet?

CS Rep: Thank you. I see the delay. It appears the initial shipping label failed to generate. I have just manually triggered a priority reshipment and you should receive tracking via email within the next two hours.

Customer: That better be accurate. If I don't see that tracking in two hours, I'm canceling the entire order and issuing a chargeback.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap of non-existent order fulfillment.
