. That sentiment perfectly encapsulates my entire nightmare. I was initially hesitant to leave a public review, but after multiple failed attempts to communicate my issue privately, I felt forced to engage with their customer service team one last time to get a resolution.

Customer: I am calling because my recent attempts to resolve order #456 have been completely ignored, proving that you truly have terrible customer service. What is the point of an email support line if no one replies for a week?

CS Rep: I sincerely apologize that your previous contact attempts have gone unanswered. That is unacceptable, and I assure you I am listening now. Customer: The dress arrived damaged, and I initiated a return request five days ago. I haven't received the return label, nor any confirmation. I need that label sent immediately, or I just want a full refund processed right now.
