February🚨 WARNING: A Customer Service Nightmare of Lost Measurements, Ghosting, and Negligence 😡
Let my terrible online shopping experience serve as a warning to anyone considering this store. What started as a simple return for a dress that was too small devolved into an absolute nightmare of poor communication, negligence, and disrespectful service. My ultimate feeling and conclusion, reflecting weeks of wasted time, is exactly what I wrote:
I do not recommend, I purchased a dress from them it was too small sent it back they didn’t reach out to me that they received it I had to call to check if they got it 4 days after, the csr took my measurements etc a week went by didn’t hear from them call them back again csr say they didn’t see my measurements in system, and that I should message the IG page I did no response I’m highly upset.
This cascade of errors, compounded by the rude staff on the phone, is why I felt compelled to leave a review and engage in repeated, agonizing attempts to reach customer service.
Customer: I’m calling again, and frankly, I am furious. I was promised a resolution last week after sending my measurements, and now I’m being told they aren't even in your system. What is going on?
CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for this unacceptable delay and the lack of proper follow-up. I see the note about the initial size exchange, but you are absolutely correct, the measurements were never logged. This is a clear failure on our end.
Customer: System failure? And why did the previous representative tell me to message your Instagram page for official business? I messaged it days ago and got nothing back. At this point, I don’t even want the dress anymore.
CS Rep: I completely understand why you feel that way.
